Our recent Library Book Fair was a wonderful success, bringing together students, teachers, parents, and even siblings for an afternoon and evening of browsing and discovery. The library was full of energy as visitors enjoyed exploring the wide range of books, from graphic novels and manga to engaging fiction and fun stationery items.
Thanks to the enthusiastic support of our school community, we raised $150 in Scholastic Dollars, which will go directly toward purchasing new Scholastic resources for the library. These funds help us continue to grow a collection that reflects student interests and supports reading for pleasure across all grade levels.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, purchased books, and helped spread the word. Special appreciation goes to parent volunteer Azhar Datkhayeva, whose help with setting up and running the fair was invaluable. We are also grateful to our student volunteers—Blake '27, Rachel '28, Hadley '28, Nadine '28, Daniel '27, Farrah '30, Emma '29, Tracy '28, Olivia '28, and many more—who contributed their time and enthusiasm to make the event run smoothly.
Events like this truly highlight the vibrant reading culture within our school community. Thank you again for your support. We look forward to the next one!
