Success in school isn’t just about cultivating the mind – it’s also about cultivating the body and spirit through fun and physical activity.
Sports are an integral part of life for everyone at our school because they help build physical fitness, teamwork skills, discipline and self-confidence. Our students participate in the sports programme most afternoons.
Our school has attracted many outstanding athletes and our teams compete – and often win, championships at the provincial level. Our students often travel to other parts of Canada to compete with other independent schools.
