Eric passed away on August 21, 2021.
Eric, at the age 96 of Green Meadows Nursing Home, North Grant, Antigonish Co., formerly of Windsor, passed away in Green Meadows on August 21, 2021. Born in Brooklyn, Hants Co., he was the son of the late Ralph and Beatrice (Gibson) Nott. Eric and his father operated a General Store in Brooklyn for many years. After the business was sold. he went on to work with the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission where he remained until his retirement. He was a long-time member of the Windsor Gyro Club and was an active member of Christ Anglican Church in Windsor. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline “Jackie” (Clark), North Grant; children, Nancy (Wray) Burrows, New Glasgow; Peter, Moncton; Cathy (David) Orser, Fredericton; sister, Sylvia Nott, Maine; grandchildren, Robbie, Jeff and Greg Burrows, Lauren and Andrew Nott and Chris, Erika and Craig Orser; as well as his great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held at a later date in Windsor.
