King’s-Edgehill School, located in Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral territory of the Mi'kmaq nation, was founded in 1788 and is recognized as Canada's first independent school. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily school operations and student life by safely transporting students and staff to and from the School and a variety of activities, events, and school trips.

  • Financial Services Officer

    About Our Opportunity

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Financial Services Officer to join our team.  The Financial Services Officer supports the day-to-day financial operations of the school, with primary responsibilities in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and student billing. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, preparation and reconciliation of tuition and fee accounts, and management of the student billing cycle. Working collaboratively with the Finance team and school administrators, this position helps maintain accurate financial records, supports budgeting and reporting processes, and provides a welcoming and supportive environment for families, students, staff, and vendors.
