The cross-country running team had a very successful second race of the season on October 2nd at the Lockhart Ryan Park in New Minas. Our Intermediate boy’s team ran with determination and true team spirit and took the 2nd, (Ross Traves) 3rd, (Raven Leblanc) 4th, (Ryley Hughes) and 6th (Liam McLaughlin) places. Sierra Lee deserves special mention as she was the 1st runner to cross the finish line in her division of Junior Girls and as such, was our most successful competitor of the day. We are now looking forward to our next district race at Horton High School on October 16th and then the Regionals the following week on October 22nd.
