Cadet Music Workshop Hosted at Camp Aldershot — Issue 14

This past weekend, cadets from the 254 were busy at the fall music workshop at Camp Aldershot. This was a wonderful opportunity to foster friendships with fellow and new cadets while learning marching band skills. On Friday evening, cadets were bussed in for a fun weekend at the base, which is located in North Kentville. They were housed in the barracks for the event and arrived back on Sunday afternoon with new and improved music skills.

Attending the workshop from the 254 were Warrant Officer Lillian Blois ’27, Warrant Officer Emery Endres ’28, and Lance Corporal Ethan Ng ’31. Both Lillian and Emery play the bass drum, and Ethan plays the xylophone. The music workshop is open to the Mil Band, Pipes and Drums, and any musicians in the cadet corps.

Very well done to the gifted musicians in the 254 King’s-Edgehill School Highland Cadet Corps!
