Junior Boys Basketball Trip to Antigonish — Issue 19

The Junior Boys had a memorable trip to Antigonish on January 16 and 17. The boys were hosted by St. Francis Xavier University and dined on campus, followed by watching the X-Men defeat the Dalhousie Tigers. The boys met the players and even had X star Koat “KT” Thomas attend one of their games and speak to the team. Thomas was joined by alum Gabby Strickey '22, who arranged the visit.

The Highlanders went 2–0, earning a pair of wins over St. Andrews Junior High School. Sander Lin '29 led the team with 18 points on Friday and was named Junior Boy Athlete of the Week at King’s-Edgehill School. The team continues to build momentum and will face Horton, Middleton, Berwick, and Mount Uniacke School in the coming weeks.
