King’s-Edgehill Soccer Teams Shine at RNS Top of the Hill — Issue 4 Tournament
This past weekend, both the boys’ and girls’ soccer teams proudly represented King’s-Edgehill School at the Rothesay Netherwood School (RNS) Top of the Hill Tournament. The boys’ team captured first place, delivering a dominant 5–1 victory over Hampton High School in the final. For the players, especially the seniors, this championship was a remarkable achievement, and a moment of celebration for the team. The girls’ team also delivered an outstanding performance, earning second place after a determined and hard-fought 1–3 match against the tournament hosts, RNS. Their resilience, teamwork, and competitive spirit were on full display throughout the weekend.
The weekend was packed with energy, teamwork, and school spirit. This was an experience the players won’t forget anytime soon. Both teams gained not only medals, but also a big boost of confidence as they gear up for the regular league season.
