Closing Day Ceremonies Schedule

The Closing Day Ceremonies will take place at the KES campus on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Students, parents, and members of the KES community are invited to attend the event. Please find the schedule for the day outlined below: 

• 9:00 am – Grades 6-11 Prize Day Ceremonies
  Location: Ted Canavan Athletic Centre
  (Doors open at 8:30 am)
• 11:00 am – Encaenia Chapel Ceremony for grads and parents
  Location: Hensley Memorial Chapel
• 11:30 am – Class of 2025 photo
• 11:00 am – 12:45 pm – Reception
  Location: Stanfield Dining Hall / McLellan Annex
• 1:00 pm – Graduation Ceremony
  Location: Ted Canavan Athletic Centre
  (Doors open at 12:30 pm)
• 2:30 pm – School closes for the summer
