Summer 2026 STEAM Camp – Teaching Opportunity

We are excited to launch a new summer STEAM Camp on the KES campus and are seeking energetic, creative Teachers to help bring this hands‑on program to life. As a STEAM Camp Teacher, you will lead engaging morning classes that spark curiosity and inspire students through science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.
 
What to Expect
  • STEAM Camp runs August 1–15, 2026
  • Morning teaching schedule: 8:30 am-12:00 pm, Monday-Friday (10 mornings)
  • Teachers are responsible for planning and deliver engaging, hands‑on STEAM lessons
  • Teachers will contribute to an energetic, inclusive, student‑centered camp environment
  • Teacher will collaborate closely with fellow Teachers and chaperones
  • The position includes a $2,400 stipend
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience delivering STEAM‑related instruction; background in Science and Mathematics is an asset
  • Comfort designing hands‑on, inquiry‑based activities
  • Experience working with school‑aged children or youth
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach
 
*Optional activity‑based chaperone roles are also available for interested staff.
