Cadet Winter Carnival Day
2/8/2024
There will be a full day of fun outdoor activities which is mandatory for ALL students. Wear your team colours and dress for outdoor wintry fun.
5:30 pm - Valentine's Day Dinner (mandatory for ALL students)
8:00 pm - Dance (not mandatory)
8:00 - 8:45am: Sleep-In Breakfast
8:45am: Teams & Faculty meet in the same groups and locations as the day before
explain how the points work (besides winning events, they get points for showing up to their events & teammates cheering)
remind students of where they can and cannot be (ex: not in the dorms/locker rooms during events)
remind students they should be wearing their team colours!
let them know the winning team wins a "
Dress Down Day

9:15am: Teams & faculty/staff are sitting in the AC bleachers waiting for a kick off announcement
9:30am: Blind Volleyball starts the day
9:30am - 12pm: Scheduled events are happening
Beyond the events, there will be sledding/snow fun, a campfire, a hot chocolate station, and Beaver Tails food truck all happening on Front Hill
12 - 1:30pm: Common Lunch
1:45pm: All students should be sitting in Theatre
2-3pm: Hypnotist Ian Stewart
3pm: All students go directly to the AC (not dorms, locker rooms, cars, etc)
3:15-4:15pm: Student vs Staff Basketball Game
