Cadet Winter Carnival Day
There will be a full day of fun outdoor activities which is mandatory for ALL students. Wear your team colours and dress for outdoor wintry fun.
- 5:30 pm - Valentine's Day Dinner (mandatory for ALL students)
- 8:00 pm - Dance (not mandatory)
- 8:00 - 8:45am: Sleep-In Breakfast
- 8:45am: Teams & Faculty meet in the same groups and locations as the day before
- explain how the points work (besides winning events, they get points for showing up to their events & teammates cheering)
- remind students of where they can and cannot be (ex: not in the dorms/locker rooms during events)
- remind students they should be wearing their team colours!
- let them know the winning team wins a "Dress Down Day"
- 9:15am: Teams & faculty/staff are sitting in the AC bleachers waiting for a kick off announcement
- 9:30am: Blind Volleyball starts the day
- 9:30am - 12pm: Scheduled events are happening
- Beyond the events, there will be sledding/snow fun, a campfire, a hot chocolate station, and Beaver Tails food truck all happening on Front Hill
- 12 - 1:30pm: Common Lunch
- 1:45pm: All students should be sitting in Theatre
- 2-3pm: Hypnotist Ian Stewart
- 3pm: All students go directly to the AC (not dorms, locker rooms, cars, etc)
- 3:15-4:15pm: Student vs Staff Basketball Game
