The Lion King Jr

A cast of very talented Junior School students have been diligently rehearsing The Lion King Jr and it is nearly showtime! The cast has been singing, dancing, and acting their hearts out in preparation for an audience, and having the time of their lives in the process.

Everyone loves The Lion King, and although this version is shorter than other iterations, it is just as charming, full of emotion, incredible music, and an entertaining assortment of characters. The 60-minute musical is based on the Broadway production directed by Julie Taymor and the 1994 Disney film. These young performers have developed a compelling show during a time of uncertainty, and they are very excited to share their final product with spectators.

Performances will be on April 8 at 7:00 pm and on April 9 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10 for general admission and children 12 and under are free. Tickets will be available at the door before each performance. Masks are required.
