Age 61 of Halifax. Brenda passed away on April 1, 2021. Formerly of Picton, Ontario she was a daughter of the late Joan (Quigley) and Harley MacKinnon. Brenda was a kind and loving person who’s smile could light up a room. She loved her family especially her grandchildren and daughter, she loved them to the moon and back. She is survived by her daughter, Racheal Card; sister, Sandi Bruce; grandchildren, Brooklyn MacKinnon-Mersey, Tyler Mackinnon-Mersey, and Kingston Peel. She was predeceased by her stepfather, David Hickey; and brother-in-law, Sherwood Tarr.
