Valentine's Dance (optional)

Happy Winter Carnival week!

I hope you have been able to make the most out of all the snow we have had in our forecast lately! Stay safe, keep warm, and have fun! In spirit of Winter Carnival, I invite you to join us in celebrating with enthusiasm and participation! This school dance is on Thursday, February 8th, from 7:30pm – 9:30pm and is a red carpet masquerade theme!

If you are interested in attending the dance, please interact with the Reach Dance request as this is how you will sign-in and out of the dance. All students have a Reach account and can be accessed on both a phone and computer. I will send you all the dance invite through Reach following this email. To ensure a quicker entrance to the dance, do this before arriving and bring your phone to the dance to tap in/out!

For this dance, we are welcoming non-KES students to attend this dance! You and your guest must complete the attached Dance Invitation Form document and return it to either Ms. Cummings or Ms. Wade before end of day Wednesday, February 7th. If you and your friend arrive without having filled out this form before the deadline, your friend will not be able to join us this time.

If you would like to request a specific song to be played at this dance, please email Gretchen Archibald (gretchenarchibald24@kes.ns.ca) and Tommaso Pogliani (tommasopogliani24@kes.ns.ca) as they will both be Dj-ing this dance. Make sure to send in your song request before end of the day Wednesday, February 7th as it takes time to create the playlist. There will be no song requests accepted during the dance event.
