Grade 6 Computer Science meet twice per eight-day cycle as part of their Information Technology course at King’s-Edgehill. Students learn to use their computer/tablet and related technologies as tools to enrich their learning and foster creativity as they strengthen their writing, research and presentation skills across the school curriculum. Digital Citizenship—the rights, responsibilities and expectations of being online—will be examined in conjunction with online safety. Class discussions and hands-on activities enable students to gain a broader awareness of the role of technology in school and in our everyday lives.
