A Career Night to Remember

Earlier this week, Grade 11 students joined industry professionals for our ever-popular Career Night. A funny thing happens when you put out an open call – you get such a variety of offers from professionals willing to share their stories with students which is exactly what makes our KES community so amazing!

The speakers were made up of alumni from 1978 all the way to 2020, as well as alumni parents, current parents, and friends of the School. Our Grade 11 students got to hear about careers in law enforcement, medicine, athletic therapy and coaching, marine biology, and forestry. They also heard about careers in the business sector such as marketing, finance, data management, and product analysis.

While many of our Grade 11 students may not know what their careers will be, it was great for them to consider the different paths available. Thank you very much to everyone who made this event a resounding success!
