Wednesdays from now until March break

Gentlemen,
Welcome to the King's-Edgehill Senior Boys' Rugby team. Thank you for accepting the challenges that come with becoming part of a 100-plus year legacy of hard work and the successes that have come with it. There will be a lot of hard work, dedication, and discipline required to live up to the successes that have come before you and the demands ahead of you.
Most of you have participated in the Wednesday night rugby club sessions. These have been very valuable experiences for returning and new players. However, the next three Wednesdays will be coach-led practices. They will be at 9pm in the gymnasium. They will not be mandatory, but new players would benefit from attending.

We will speak much more about the nature of rugby, and of this program and its demands in particular, during a meeting right after March break. In the meantime, please make sure to take advantage of any and all opportunities to stay fit, learn the game and improve your understanding of it, while balancing your school work.

Thank you,
Coach S.
