Preparations for the Cadet Winter Carnival

Our next big school-wide event is the Cadet Winter Carnival on Thursday, February 8. The whole school will come together with team spirit to compete in a variety of awesome outdoor and indoor games! We will have blind volleyball, a special lunch in the Stanfield Dining Hall, a Beaver Tail food truck, a hypnotist, tobogganing, and much, much more!

The committee that has been collaborating with our Cadet Operations Officer, Mrs. Kiaya Lakes, and myself have been fantastic! Mrs. Lakes and I are in the first year of our new roles and we have found the team support at King’s-Edgehill School to be unparalleled.

On the marksmanship front, Cadet Sgt Max Proctor ‘27 is now qualified as a Marksman in the cadet program. As the team prepares, they have their sights set on the Zone Marksmanship Competition at Camp Aldershot at the end of next week. It appears that they are ready!
