Artists of Week

The arts at King’s-Edgehill School is an inclusive environment that embraces diversity. Not only in who we are but in our choices of what we pursue and how we express that choice. Imagination and creativity foster the capacity to develop ideas, solve problems, provide life skills, and open the door for opportunities. Intelligence and creativity are overlapping skills and through the arts, a person builds confidence, develops perspective, and finds their true nature.

Isabelle Sampson '28 is an artistic, reliable, and hardworking contributor to the arts at KES. She has been excelling in music class as well as on the stage. In the recent production of Matilda, Isabelle was cast in some supporting roles, as well as given the responsibility of understudying multiple roles. When a castmate fell ill during one of the shows, Isabelle leapt into action, without missing a beat, and filled the role seamlessly and with the attitude of a professional. We are so pleased to have Isabelle as part of the cast for the upcoming musical Annie Jr., as well. Keep shining, Isabelle!
