Post-Prep Pretzels
On Monday night, I had fun with Upper Jodrey students Frances Aceron '24, Willa Evans '23, Kana Matsuda '26 and Kotoko Kimoto '25 making soft pretzels.
The dough took some time to rise while the girls were at prep, but we shared the delicious treat with others in Jodrey House after homework was finished. The tasty pretzels were all eaten right away, and they will definitely be made again!
