Celebrating our Grade 12 Students and Parents

Well, it happened! An intrepid group of Grade 12 parents, Grade 12 students, and KES staff had the opportunity to congregate on Friday, September 9 to celebrate the beginning of our Grade 12 class’s final year at King’s-Edgehill School.

The events began with the parents having some nibblies and drinks at Alexandra Hall hosted by the dynamic duo of Joe and Belinda Seagram. This very social contingent of parents then joined their children at our Stanfield Dining Hall/McLellan Annex.

Our Head of School, Joe Seagram, gave a very welcoming speech to all the guests before Reverend Curry joined us to give the grace. The food was delicious, and the dessert table was so enticing that it kept beckoning all of us to skip the main course and to jump right to our “just desserts.” Grade 10 student, Sofia Ning ‘25, provided the most delightful background music as she skillfully worked the piano. And, Head Prefects, Lucy Goddard ‘23 and Levi Spence ‘23, were eloquent in their praise of the Chartwell’s Food Service staff and in welcoming everyone to a very special year here at KES.

Thank-you to everyone who attended on Friday night; it was so wonderful to see your faces!
