Getting our Hands Dirty!

I had some free time this morning and decided to spend it in my favourite spot on campus: Convocation Hall. When I arrived, Ms. Karlee Sinclair was introducing her Grade 7 Art class to their next unit of study: clay!

 

It was such a delight to see Ms. Sinclair's students engaged and having a blast learning. Following the lesson, Ms. Sinclair invited her students to practice techniques explored and to try their hands (pun intended) at experimenting with the clay. Eager to get their hands dirty, the students jumped in with both feet and created some really stellar pieces from the get-go. Well done, folks!
