What a win!

Our developmental hockey team recently played at the Junior High ACIS Tournament in Halifax, hosted by Armbrae Academy. Wins over Sacred Heart, Armbrae, Summit Academy and Halifax Grammar School meant we won the tournament.

The game was an overtime thriller with Hunter Hood ‘26 scoring in the shoot-out to secure victory over Summit Academy in the final. The team went 4-0 with a great group effort. However, the anchor was Nolan Herritt ‘24. His goaltending was exemplary. He provided maturity and a wall of defence that gave all the other players confidence to skate hard and take chances, leading to victory. It was exciting and fun to play with schoolmates!
