Prefect Training

This year’s Grade 12 student leaders sacrificed the final days of their summer to train for their Prefect role, and in the process, it became clear that our Prefect body this year is a very strong one.  The students had the opportunity to attend various workshops and events designed to aid them in their new leadership positions. They also learned about our new public health policies and thus were great role models this week as we began welcoming new students. This year’s Prefects have generated many wonderful ideas and have already set lots of plans in motion, including the welcome games for new student boarders. The training culminated in the students receiving their Prefect ties at a lovely barbeque at our Headmaster’s home.
