First Win in Programme History!

The KES Prep Girls' basketball programme enjoyed a tour of Mt.Allison University in Sackville, NB before a tough battle with a perennial CCAA Nationally ranked team, the Mt.A Mounties Women's Basketball Team. Our girls, led by Aaliyah Arab-Smith, Savannah Provo, and Rachel Higgins, put together a great showing for our second game of the season (actually the second game ever for this new programme) and stretched our lead to as much as 20 points over their university counterparts, and held on for a 64 - 60 win. Many thanks to all of the parents, families, and supporters who came to the game! We could feel the support on the bench, and heard the cheers encouraging us to push through for our 1st victory.
