Once a Highlander, Always a Highlander

Last night, the squad maintained the momentum coming out of our last trip beating the Kentville Wildcats 10 to 3. Mitchel Brown ‘23 started the game pitching five solid innings and only giving up two runs with Spencer Johnson ‘24 coming in and shutting the door. The fold played solid defence throughout the night, put the baseball in play and created chaos on the base paths that could not be contained.

We also honoured our seniors by presenting them each with personalized engraved bats with our Highlander logo and “Once a Highlander, Always a Highlander”.

This Sunday the fold travel to Katonah, New York where they’ll take on The Harvey School in our championship week. Different from last year, our squad has moved up to the elite division. This is a single game elimination tournament, and if we win, we advance to the next round, and if we lose we come home.
