This morning, 45 students and seven KES chaperones left for the Halifax airport with high spirits and a sense of adventure for their 17-day trip to Italy and Greece. The trip will start with an organized day trip in Montreal before they board their flight to Milan. From there, the students will explore the magnificent cities of Italy and Greece, including Rome, Florence, Pompeii, Athens, Delphi and many more. The students will have the opportunity to experience the rich culture, history, art, and cuisine of these countries firsthand. In addition to these educational experiences, the students will also have plenty of fun and adventure. They will have free time to explore the cities, shop, and sample local food. Finally, they will finish with a four-day cruise of the Greek islands.
The seven KES chaperones will ensure the safety and well-being of the students throughout the trip. They will also provide guidance and support as the students navigate new cultural experiences.
We wish our students the best of luck on their exciting adventure. We look forward to hearing about their experiences and seeing the pictures of the many memories they have created on this unforgettable trip.
