Victoria and Ileana Share a Song from Side Show on Broadway - Revue #6

Pending graduates Victoria Dubois and Ileana Wheeler are accustomed to singing together and are no strangers to the KES stage. Here is their Musical Revue rendition of Who Will Love Me as I Am. Here are their comments about their performance:

VictoriaIt was so much fun to perform with one of my best friends. We could really get into the song and give it our all, and I feel that our chemistry together as performers really shined through. I will miss singing with my long-time duet partner, but I am thankful I was able to share such an experience with her.

Ileana - Victoria has brought me out of my shell when it comes to performing. Since my arrival in Grade 10, we have practiced and performed regularly at every given opportunity. As our final performance together, this song resonated with me, not just for its significance for our duo, but importance to me. The song is about finding love through acceptance. Accepting who you are is the greatest lesson one can learn in life. What makes the song unique is that it comments upon the heart of what we all hope to find: Someone who will accept and love us exactly as we are (virtues, failings, and personality), even if you don't always mesh perfectly with what the world considers "normal".

Enjoy the show!
