Adam was born in the Yukon and raised in Windsor, Nova Scotia. As a young boy, he enjoyed spending time with his mother in the kitchen and quickly found a love for cooking; food was something that brought everyone together and the greatest of times were with friends and family around the dinner table. Adam graduated KES in 2003, went on to attend Culinary School in PEI, and worked in restaurant management until he recently took the jump to open his own catering company doing special events and healthy meal prep. His love of health and wellness has played a big role in Adam’s passion for working with fresh produce and local vegetables to create memorable healthy vegan/vegetarian meals.
