RESULTS:  The Results are available on the internet starting on July 6, 2007.  Each candidate must have his or her own user name and PIN, which is given to the candidates and a copy is sent with their transcript.   Candidates should retain this information in a safe place in case future need arises. Candidates should not reveal their PIN to universities and admissions centres.

A university may require evidence of a candidate's results directly from IBO.  Many students request this service before they leave the School in June of their graduating year.   If the deadline (July1) has passed for this service, candidates must contact the IBO directly.   The following is a list of email addresses which are region specific according to the location of the university or admissions office: Candidates must provide their  session number and individual code, as well as the year the exams were written.

North America:   transcripts.ibna@ibo.org

UK or Australia: transcripts.ukaus@ibo.org

Other regions:  transcripts.row@ibo.org

Official certificates arrive at the school in early September and are mailed to students no longer at the school.  Those still attending KES receive their certificates at an assembly.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS:  Grades for subjects taken by anticipated candidates normally appear on the diploma results on completion of the diploma.

A letter P indicates a pending result. The result will be issued at the earliest possible date and no action is required.
