KES ESL 2009 SUMMER CAMP ITINERARY

• Wednesday Aug 19th
  • Students arrive
• Thursday, August 20th
  • Classes all day.
• Friday, August 21st
  • Upper Clement’s Park, supper at the park.
• Sat. Aug 22
  • Tidal Bore Rafting from 9 am to 5 pm
• Sun. Aug. 23
  • A day to rest
• Mon. Aug 24th
  • Classes from 9-12; waterfront-canoe/kayak from 130-330
• Tuesday, August 25th
  • Classes from 9-12, Shopping and supper at MicMac Mall (buy black dress shoes, sheets for school!)
• Wednesday, August 26th Breakfast at 8:15, classes 9-12, lunch 12-12:30, bus at 1:00-laser tag-( 1:15-2:15+party room= 2:15-3pm/ 2nd group-3-4+party room 4-430)bowling(130-3, 230-400) /bowling - supper at 5, prep8:30-9:30, call up at 10:00, lights out at 10:30
• Thursday, August 27th- Breakfast at 8:15- classes- 9-12, lunch 12-1, group sports 1-4- meet on the front steps at 1pm, supper at 5, games night in the cafeteria, prep-7:30-9:00, call up at 10, lights out at 10:30
• Friday, August 28th- Breakfast at 8:15, classes from 9-12, lunch at 12, classes from 1-4, meet on the front steps at 5pm, BBQ at the Castro’s, back to school at 8pm, movie in the common room
• Saturday, August 29th- Breakfast at 9, bus at 9:45-(picnic lunch to go from the cafeteria) Museum of the Atlantic, Citadel tour,  Shakespeare By The Sea-Open Air Theatre!-Play at 1pm-3:45 Love’s Labour Lost, dinner and a movie in Halifax
• Sunday, August 30th- A day to rest- brunch at 11:00, group sports- 1-3, staff versus students soccer game 3:30-4:30, supper at 5:00, time in the gym6-7:00, prep 7:30-9:00, call up at 10:00, lights out at 10:30.
• Monday, August 31st- Breakfast at 8:15, classes 9-12, lunch at 12, bus at 12:30- Aylseford Lake-1-4, bus by 4:30, supper at KES at 5:30, prep-730-9:00, call up at 10, lights out at 10:30
• Tuesday, September 1st-  Brunch at 11, classes from 1-4:00, supper at 5pm, sports in the gym 6-7:00, prep 7:30-9:00, call up at 10:00-lights out at 10:30
• Wednesday, September 2nd - Breakfast-8:15, classes from 9-12, lunch at 12, bus at 1:30- Halifax Shopping Centre-supper in Halifax, back to the bus by 6:00-prep 7:30-9:00, call up at 10,lights out at 10:30
• Thursday, September 3rd- Breakfast at 8:00, classes from 9-12, lunch, group sports 1-4, supper at 5pm, move bags to new residence after supper, movie in the common room at 7, call-up at 10, lights out at 10:30
• Friday, September 4th- Breakfast at 8:00, bus at 11:00-Trip to New Brunswick. Check-in, supper at 5, camp fire, in bed by 10:00

• Saturday, September 5th- Breakfast at 8:30, go to Magic Mountain for the day, lunch at the park, back to the bus by 5:00, relax at the hotel, supper and a movie
• Sunday, September 6th- Breakfast at 10:00, canoeing and kayaking/hiking,we’ll have a  picnic lunch, supper at 5:30, movie in the conference room, bed at 10:30
• Monday, September 7th-Breakfast at 9:00, clean rooms, bus at 11:00, visit the beach, return to school (stop for supper on the way), move into your new rooms.
• Tuesday, September 8th- All students arrive, day to rest and get ready for school
• Wednesday, September 9th - School  starts.
