This is one of the best ways to improve your rugby and expand your playing season.

Valley Bulldogs - http://www.valleybulldogsrfc.com/ - The best way to improve your game and to meet others who are passionate about the sport is to play summer rugby. This club, based in Kentville, is the oldest existing team in the Valley. They have won several Senior Men's Championships in Nova Scotia.
