 Visual Arts
Art classes are part of the Junior School curriculum, and all students participate. The emphasis here is on composition, art history, and basic principles of colour and design, with projects in a variety of media.
Music
Junior School students receive music education, with instruction on an instrument and the opportunity to participate in one of the performance bands for beginners; (advanced students may also participate in Senior band activities).
Theatre
Perhaps nothing brings a student body together quite like a theatrical production: from learning lines or songs to making costumes and building sets, from organizing rehearsals to designing posters, from backstage jitters to opening-night success. This combination of creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, discipline, and sheer delight is of enormous educational value, and theatre at King's-Edgehill takes many forms.
